Hospitality Co-ordinator
The primary task is to organize and oversee housing in our guest apartment and keep it in good working order. This involves a certain amount of correspondence with future guests, cleaning and preparing the apartment for their arrival, and food shopping. A second responsibility is to organize and oversee meal preparation during conferences held at the centre. This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week).
Note: the Hospitality Co-ordinator and Short-term Co-ordinator positions could be combined into one full-time role.
