Short-Term Opportunities
Contact us about trips from two to 24 months in length. We can personalize an Arab world ministry experience for you. This can be in the form of a Bible College placement, an internship/university placement or co-op work terms.
Perhaps you would like to take a group from your church to the Arab world, or join an existing outreach team in Europe or North America. Please contact your nearest AWM office for details. We would love to work with you!

We taught English Monday to Thursday mornings at the Iraqi refugee school. During the month, we became more familiar with the children, loving them more each day. One week we interviewed the children and filled out some of their forms, with translators to help us of course!
One day, Rachel and I visited an orphanage with 17 physically and mentally challenged children aged four to 12. They were well cared-for by nuns from the order of Mother Teresa. It was a blessing to be able to hold them, sing to them and feed them.
We also visited an Iraqi medical clinic near to where we were staying. It was great to observe what the nurses and doctors do for the 50 patients they see each morning. The Lord has been working as well; it was exciting to see how they are meeting both physical and spiritual needs.
